Divine Ire Still Broken

Hi!
Divine ire is still broken since 3.26 launch, cast speed scaling prevents it from reaching 10 stages, so the skill lacks its main damage factor.

No auto clicker, no repeated clicks, can be replicated on any build with a somewhat decent cast speed.
No unique item or keystone combinations caused it



To prove cast speed is the issue, here's an attack build with no cast speed scaling
