Can someone explain to me why I am naked (no armor) on this T17 map ?

I'm running Abomination a T17 map and I get one shotted by anything that touches me. I was wondering why until I realized I don't have ANY armor anymore and there are no mods on the map reducing or removing armor. Is this a bug ?
