Black screen and loading gears part 100

Hello, It has been over 2 weeks now and you don't give any information about black screen problem. I am very disappointed that the communication with you is so bad. You broke the game for like 1-2% of people with one of the early updates and you still don't give any solutions nor info about looking for them.
