Item filter update status - wrong timezone

When you update filter ingame it tells you
Last update: <date> at <time>

The time portion is 1 hour off for me.
And yes the timezone on pathofexile.com->account->preferences->timezone is set correctly.

Timezone on my Windows 11 OS is set correctly.
