Votive hoard Mining byproducts and corrupted gaze stopped working (not my filter)

after I specced into and then back out of Refiner's Bargain all of them broke, I have clicked ~200 niko nodes over multiple days of mapping with no azurite proc, hundreds of spires and troves with no corrupted jewels or rares with abyss sockets.

this may also be effecting other "chance to proc" notables these are just stupidly common 10 and 20% drops that now haven't dropped in a hundreds of trails sample size.

I assume this is a bug with refiners bargain. I will say that I actually got azurite from a ORE CONVERTED sulphite node (in other words it gave me ore instead of sulphite and then also gave me azurite and this was the last proc I saw. Leading me to wonder if this isn't the source of the bug.

also for the well meaning types that want me to check my filter... I hit shift and hover loot and also drop previous abyss socketed rares and jewels on the ground to test filter.
