Constant lag spikes on the Sao Paulo server

As the title says, lag spikes ranging from 100 to 20000 ping while doing nothing.
if i open a map the same happens while trying to clear it.
and it is not on my end, any other game/website works fine, is there an estimated fix for this or will it just keep going through the entire duration of the league?

sad, sao paulo server sucks since 3.26 launch, worst than ever (and never be reaaaly nice playing in sao paulo server, but at least was better before 3.26)
