Perfect Warlord Max Endurance Charge Bug (almost enough to quit so annoying)

Is there a fix for the Perfect Warlord bug where he does not provide max Endurance charges? I have a max of 6 and for 99 levels he was casting twice in the 10 seconds and if near both he would keep me locked at 6 Endurance Charges. Now when he casts the second time it stays at 3. It seems to be a known bug, but nothing I have done fixes it. Resummoned him first, second, third, with the AG up already with the AG not up, bought a higher level corpse, nothing works. I am sure that there is a fix but I cannot find it anywhere. I did not change gear or skill tree. I just lost him by accident. Would appreciate an update it is super frustrating.
