Failed to join any instances

Since about a week ago. I get this error all the time when trying to portal back to town.

Going between zones though seems fine.

When i try to go to character création after getting the failed to join any instances, I get disconnected with the same message.

Anything that can be done to remedy that ?

And now I have been trying to connect for 10 minutes back into my character and I get the same error message again and again.
