23.58 (GMT+7) Ping ingame 130-150ms unstable

Every day, prolly around 22.00 GMT+7 ish until night. singapore server always getting a high ping spike. very unplayable. is this GGG server or just me man? checked by ping google.com on cmd and everything is fine.

Same thing happened for me in Singapore server.
At login screen Singapore server show 3ms, but when go in-game it spike to 100~200 ms, unplayable. |
