I eventually decided to do some delve, and my map is blank. I've completed the Niko quest, and have access to the mine encampment. I click on the crawler, and I get a blank/black map.

Also if I try to add niko to my hidehout, it says complete the niko task in act 4, but I've completed that task.

This typically happens if a character is migrated out of a private league or SSF after completing the quest, without using Migrate All.

Niko's task being completed is a form of league-wide progression, shared by all the characters in the same league. When you migrate, those forms of progression aren't carried over, even though the quest is complete in your quest log. You'll have to either Migrate All, or do the objective again in this league (which should be possible even with the quest complete in the quest log).



If you migrated out of a league and want to transfer everything that was in the stash and all league-wide progress, you can use the >> button at character select to open the League Migrations window. The League Migrations window will let you Migrate All from a league, even if you no longer have characters in that league.

Otherwise, you should get Delve access again once you complete another Niko encounter.
Thanks for that, no this character is from a standard Mercinary league start. I've tried about everything I can think of in game.

Thanks for pointing that out, I'm on MacOS, so I guess it's wait and see, thanks for your time. Meanwhile plenty of other things to do.
I’m experiencing the exact same issue, also on Mac.
