Low level Black Mórrigans

I noticed there were Black Mórrigans on trade that are ilvl 73/75/77. These seem to be the only instance of low level non-unique Black Mórrigans on any league, even standard. It should only be possible for them to be ilvl 81+ (T14+).

I see it has the "40% chance not to be consumed when sacrificed at the Blood Altar" mod so I assume the players were specced into Bestiary nodes.

Bestiary Scarab of the Shadowed Crow cannot be obtained in Merc league and is not indexed on poeninja so it's unlikely that this is the case.
