Memory Tiers Not Appearing in Maps

I have been experiencing an issue where memory tiers are not appearing in my maps. Despite running over 100 maps across various difficulty levels (T17, T16, T16.5), I have not found a single memory tier. I have all related Atlas points spec'd out. This issue is impacting my ability to complete one of the challenges in the current league. Other players have also reported similar problems.

Normally I would just say "it's bad RNG"... but I also haven't found any memory tears since the latest patch.
Prior to that patch I would find one almost immediately after completing the previous one. | |

Where are the TEARS??? Come on GGG...this is the reason for the Atlas change, remember?!?!?!

I've had one since the new patch. But I've been farming a lot of stuff where they won't appear, so that seems fine.
Not sure if they fixed anything or if I just got lucky. | |
