Ping going up to 5-6000 and getting logged out

Any tips to sort this or is it GGG servers yet again? My speed and connection are fine, I play plenty of other games with no ping issues at all, just this. I thought it would clear up in mapping but no it still happens.

happening a lot for me in sao paulo server too since 3.26 launch...
