Twist of Fate strips originator maps of T17 mods

I allocated the Twist of Fate keystone, ran several rare corrupted originator maps (16.5), and wondered why I could not see any "more" modifiers when pressing Tab, like more currency/scarabs/maps. Then I had a closer look and my maps had no T17 modifiers, just regular ones. This makes the keystone useless.
