Whispers of infinity & reap cost interaction bug

Hi, when using Reap along with the Whispers of Infinity necklace there's a bugged interaction where it will have no cost going between instances and requires the amulet to be re-equipped for the cost to show up and take effect, not sure if this is an issue between the neck + the staff causing issues with Eldritch Battery.
