1 in every 5-10 zones is laggy

Since the launch of this league ive been having issues with 1 in every 5-10 zones being laggy. Every few seconds the ping will spike to 200-300ms and im unsure why. I have tried changing my server to all EU servers but the issue still happens.

to me its happening in 1 every 1 zone
