10% Life if least 6 life nodes

The 10 % life if you have 6 life mastery allocated its not working.
I have Cruel Preparation, Purity of Flesh, Devotion, Barbarism, Constitution, Tireless activated.
I put a spare point on each of those 6 mastery nodes but i dont gain any life.
Its buged or what is the problem?

Those are notables you listed. Masteries are the "10 more maximum life if you have at least 6 Life Masteries". You need all 6 of those life masteries allocated to benefit from it. +30 to maximum life, 15% of mana cost as life cost, etc.
