Solved. Was a Cloak mod with % chance to not Activate Lockdown in Grand Heist

Bug Report ID: #2103508248 After opening one Curio Display, the others didn’t lock. I clicked on another one to test it, and after opening that, the remaining three locked. I remember casting Flame Dash while opening the first display. It was a Blueprint with only one wing revealed. Screenshot:

 I managed to reproduce the bug in the following heist

Yes, that’s it—I hadn’t noticed I had that mod. Strange that it triggered twice in a row, but never once in the other ~200 wings I ran.
