spectre vanishes during weapon swap

I've been using the Perfect Dark Marionette, and this is the 2nd time the spectre vanishes when I hit my weapon swap. It's not just on the ground, I didn't leave the area, it's just gone.

i have a recording of it happening, just not sure how to post it.

will also add, my weapon swap does not affect any of my attributes.

If you're posting about your level 92 Trickster Buu_buu_boom, you appear to have socketed Raise Spectre into one of your weapons. Hence it isn't usable when you weapon-swap.
