Can't move stash in Kingsmarch beside the disenchanter

I am not able to move the stash in Kingsmarch close to the disenchanter. I can move mine in my own hideout by pressing "Edit" but Kingsmarch doesn't seem to have the edit button.

When I want to disenchant something, I have to run back and forth to the chest several times which is inefficient and frustrating. The chest is too close to two other NPC's too, so it's very easy to accidentally click one of them.

Can you please either put a chest right beside the disenchanter, have an NPC in your own hideout have a disenchanting option, or add the "Edit" feature so I can move the chest where I want? I don't use mappers do no need to have it by them.
