The memory altar mod "Final boss drops 4 additional scarab items" causes every boss in the map to drop 4 scarab items instead of just the final map boss. On City Square Map, with destructive play +3 bosses and synthesis boss mod, this results in 28 scarabs being dropped, normally would expect 16 scarabs.
