Legion scarab of Eternal conflict - Loosing UI + MAP + mobs T pose

i loved farming juiced LEGION in the past, but lately this is huge pain.

Proc
AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor 3.80 GHz
Ram 32GB
RTX 3070

gamesetting.:
recorded all on LOW - but having everything on high doesnt change anything :D
Dx12
Vsync off
dynamic culling enabled
dynamic reso - enabled

Skill Kinetic Blast

Same rig no problem on 5 way or without this scarab.

Its literally unplayable since i cant move, i cant activate flask/other skills. i can just hold right click and hope i will kill everything or else i just die.
