Cursor not Aligning with UI

I haven't made any changes to anything as far as I can tell, but every time I log into the game, my cursor doesn't align with UI. I have to stumble through the settings and update my resolution a few times, then it's fine, but it's really irritating for it to happen every single time the game closes and reopens.

What device are you playing on?

What is the display's native resolution, and which resolution do you set Path of Exile to?

I play on PC on Windows 11.
The monitor's resolution is 1920x1080, and I play Windowed on the same resolution, but I am seeing now that it changes the resolution to 1904x993, but I can click on things until I close/reopen.

Huh.

While the game client is not running, open the production_Config.ini in Notepad.

In the [DISPLAY] section, you should find the following two lines;

resolution_width=1904
resolution_height=993

(The two will not necessarily be consecutive.)

Change width to 1920 and height to 1080. Then save the file and close it.

If the game client just lacked the necessary permissions to make permanent changes to the file for whatever reason, that should fix the issue.

The file will be in Documents > My Games > Path of Exile.

You can probably copy 'n' paste the following into File Explorer's address bar to get there;

Perfect, that worked! Sort of.

In the .ini file, it was already set to 1920 and 1080, so I tried setting it to 1904 and 993, and now it's opening and closing without me having to adjust it manually.

The file was forcing it into 1920x1080, but I guess the size I have it on my screen was always 1904x993. I'm guessing Nvidia "optimized" it and changed the ini file to a normal value, instead of whatever weird value I've got working for me.
