Flamewood Totems & Drox

Was reported here many years ago but still seems to be a problem.
Several of Drox's attacks will not trigger Avenging Flame.
And while in the Banners phase, it seems even the mobs attacks will not trigger it, despite them shooting directly at the totems.
Just tested, set there for almost 20 minutes and even with the enemies shooting directly at the totems they would not trigger.
Switched to a different skill to get past the banner phase and was then able to kill Drox with Avenging Flame, though I could not tell what was triggering the totems at that point. May have been Drox, may have been the mobs.

TLDR, if you are playing Avenging Flame totems with no secondary high damage skill the Drox fight is basically impossible if he summons banners. And if he doesn't, it can still be quite challenging for him to proc Avenging Flame.
