Technical Support (Path of Exile 1) - Blight is unplayable due to stuttering / flickering - Forum

Dx11: FPS dips to single digit numbers Dx12: Screen starts flickering the moment there are more than a few portals up Vulkan: Combination of both with a tremendous amount of stuttering and CPU latency shooting through the roof This shit was happening last summer in the Kingsmarch league and it has been happening since the start of this league. I recall GGG promising a fix by this week's end but surprisingly there's nothing. I'm genuinely sorry I can't one-shot the entire screen to keep the mob density at sustainable levels. +1 but for me not just with blight... harbinger, wildwood, bismuth effect, originator packs effect, incursion with 100% of magic mobs, rogue exile, sometimes in ritual/strongboxes too... all otting crashes, frozing screens and less fps. 3 weeks already... - Thread with suggestions for PoE 1 get more fun and more QoL in next patches (3.27, 3.28...): thread/3812167 - Atlas tree thread improvement: thread/3812454 (English is not my native language, so I apologize for any mistakes!) Adding to this topic, unfortunately strong Blight maps, as well as playing with groups is impossible at the moment. I've tried every combination of settings, with similar results of OP. You'll notice, in this video, that I've recorded an attempt of the lowest settings possible. It's not like the game even lags, per say, it just stops rendering. My machine is chilling through these issues, with low temps and no spikes in utilization, even being capable of screen recording with no changes to the performance.
