Volatile Power: Vaal breach Imposisble?

Greetings exiles,

I have opened well over 200 stacks of volatile power cards looking for vaal breach and have not hit once.

Im starting to lose hope that it even exists in the card pool any longer and would like to see if we can get a conformation that it still does?

why gamble when there is a card specifically for vaal breach? The Emptiness

20% quality makes it have 120% cast speed. plus i think it may be a bug and no longer drop but they never told us.

would like a conformation before i keep bashing my head against the card. Im well over 400 sets opened now
