Random loading screen with fps drop

Hello,

After having the game open for more then 40 minutes or so, I've been experiencing a loading screen with a huge fps drop, this makes the game unplayable when happens and the only way to fix it its by restarting the game, this happens randomly even if I leave the game in the character screen or if I'm standing still in town.
I've tried messing around with the graphic settings, like turning off DLSS and dynamic resolution with no success.
Also upddated my graphics card drivers and tried a older version.
My specs are:

R7 7800x3D
32 GB 6000
RTX 3080Ti 12GB
