Witch Ascendancy Bone Barrier

Bone barrier is not working my minions are doing damage but it is not leaching life. Is anyone else experiencing this I read forums from 2024 saying it was broke and there has been no fix yet. Any ETA on this GGG?

I think it's working as intended. It just sucks as a defensive layer. It's utterly useless when playing my popcorn SRS
