Veiled Chaos Orb + Metamod interaction

If an item already has a veiled modifier on it, and you metamod pcbc/scbc and reveiled chaos orb an item, it acts as if the metamodifier is not on the item at all. If it is intended for you to not be able to use a veiled chaos on an already unveiled item the interaction should error code like when you try to reforge an item at the horticrafter with no available affixes in the mod pool for it to reforge. Not chaos the item entirely.
