Exiled Merc countdown decrements by zone, not Merc encounter

When you hover over the exile button when encountering a merc, the countdown states that it is for X encounters. This countdown decrements when you change zones, not when you encounter another merc. Notably, this is an issue when farming a campaign zone for a specific merc.
