Backup cache-atlas notable not working

So I finally dropped a divine from a strongbox. But surprise surprise the backup cache atlas notable didn't deliver the dublicate divine.

I killed all the monster around the box before opening it (so it didn't come from some random monster). normal t16 map.

You owe me a divine ggg, and wtf is the point in investing in these notables if they don't work. f this game.
