No tower in my new map

Hi, just completed act 3 cruel, and was gonna start mapping. When i look at the map i realized that there is NO tower which is not out of bound, they are all beyond fog. Anything to do or just make a new character?..

How to i progress on map system if there are no towers to progress to? If there are no towers then i cant remove fog to further unlock new parts of the map right?

No, as you approach the fog, it will also dissipate. The towers simply reveal a large area at once.
