Anoints and Eldritch implicits

Do anoints and eldritch implicits stack or replace one another?

Anoints are enchantments. Eldritch implicits are implicits.
They take up different modifier slots on gear, so they stack. That being said....I think all this means is that the Eternal Struggle amulet can be anointed. https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Mercenaries/Z7yDD3ziQ |
