Picking up almost no Petals from map

Steps:
-alch and go Museum lvl 83 - originator influenced,1st map of the Memory
-no chisel quality,no fragments added
-gets Memory of Mocking
-kill monsters normally,pick up Petals off the ground
-almost no Petals gained,shows no number when picked up 90% of the time
-randomly get +1/+3 Petals from stuff ,total map Petals 17

I have had the same bug on 2 maps.

One map I was about to restart POE then it started working. The other map had no effect.
