eviscerate lvl 20 gem selling with gemcutter's prism does not produce a lvl 1 gem with 20 quality. Instead, it's just 2 scrolls frag. other gems do not have this bug.

That vendor recipe is for support gems; not skill gems. |

oh, did they change it? I have not played POE for a long time. it used to work before? when did this change happened?
