Crafting bench missing recipe
The fire damage - Rank 1 crafting recipe supposed to be on "The solaris temple level 2"

I find that crafting recipe and clicked on it and it says "you have already unlocked this recipe" but still display as "unlearned crafting recipe"

That recipe should be in the Solaris Temple in Act 3, not in Act 8.
