Incarnation of Dread bug

I was farming the Boss for Wine of the Prophet when I encountered a bug with the fight that bricks the run with no way to finish it. I invite a friend to get his challenge done for the boss. When he died i told him to stay in the map to not waste ports. During the phase where you have to collect the roses to proceed, the red rose spawned on my buddies dead body, and for some reason his dead body some how picked it up. After the blue rose spawn rose spawn, I brought it to the boss but nothing happened. I had my friend respond back into the fight, and he told me that he can see the roses on the floor. However, when he tried to give it to the boss nothing happened. Both of us left the fight and came back in, but still nothing happen when giving the roses to the boss. Looks like if this bug happens when in party play, unfortunately results into the run lost and have to do a new one.

I have same issue did like 300 runs 3 or 4 of them was bugged when i was solo doing them , sometimes when you die in the process u just cant finish it no matter what . and also the drop rates are fake its not 3% oviously i got like 4 flask in 330 runs :)

geez 300+ runs for 4 flask, looks like they forgot to put a decibel in front of the 3
