Can't access Eagons map device after migrating

I still cannot access Eagons map device after migrating from SSF to trade league. The chat text is grayed out but i have the memory thread things on my atlas. I've had this bug for about 2 weeks now.

Me too, I sent email to GGG and create a forum post and no response of then, im locked out from 2 challanges because of this.
