access problems in the specific character

I cannot access the only character for secrets of the atlas.

i though there was a some patch problem however i could not access only the character for this season. I checked that other characters i was accessed very well.

please let me know how to fix the problems

If you're getting an error message, could you type it out / show us a screenshot?

Otherwise, could you provide a description of what happens when you try to use them?

Have you tried accessing that character after connecting to a different server gateway?
