Filter suddenly not working on XBOX S

I just start to play the game tonite but my filters are not working all in a sudden, have restarted the console n relog in still the same. I m using neversink filter. Does anyone have the same issue? thanks for helping

When you say "using Neversink filter" do you mean the built-in ones in PoE1?
Or are you talking about following/copying a NS filter? If the latter, for PoE1 or PoE2? If it's for PoE2, I haven't been playing lately. For either one, it could possibly be the "local storage bug". Usually this bug affects "fog of war" first, where your map becomes hidden again every time you reenter the same zone. But sometimes it only affects custom filters. This can be temporarily fixed by launching a different game. Not every game works, you might have to try a few. | |

Sorry I forgot to mention i m play ling poe1,
Both default neversink filter and copying filter are suddenly not working, i tried reboot the game n xbox still not working, hope the GGG can see my post n give a solution about it thanks |

" I should have asked this sooner... did you check to see if the filter just reset itself to "default" instead of the NS filter you wanted to use? Sometimes it does that. You may even need to reselect it every time you start the game. Also, FYI, the trick I was talking about before doesn't work with just restarting the game, or even the system. Of course, I don't remember if that bug even affected XBox or not. If it does, you need to do the follow steps to temporarily fix it: 1) Fully close Path of Exile 2) Launch a different game, at least as far as that game's main menu (may need to try a few different games, not all work) 3) Fully close that game 4) Relaunch Path of Exile Could be worth trying, or maybe one of the XBox players can verify if they even get that bug. | |
