~20 div into build. Why is my damage so poor?

Just transitioned from Lightning Bama to Poison Bama after getting a decent quiver and I have no idea why my damage is so bad. Link to POB: https://pobb.in/fy4w0IisvSbR

Current AG has Leer Cast and Kingmaker. Minions are Perfect Waralord, Perfect Forest Tiger for Haste, and Perfect Forest Warrior for Onslaught. Merc gives Malevolence and Grace aura.

I have around ~25 div into the build seems like I have all the pieces in place to have decent damage. But I don't and I really don't know why. Any help is appreciated.

I've got like 15 worth? also damage is still bad I can barely kill bosses not even end game bosses rekt me... I followed every detail in the guide except i don't have "many of the jewels" or stats guide had but like 80%
