Runegraft of Recompense not working correctly with Kinetic bolt and kinetic blast

These skills do not refund you mana in open areas and need to collide to give you your mana back. Testing on maps like beach or dunes you can repeat the behavior. You can even see the skills end the flight on your screen and still not get mana back.

The behavior seems to be working correctly for barrage regardless of layout and you will get your mana back whether it collides with something or not.

I can confirm this issue, it's also very noticeable in Maven's arena making the Invitations very hard to do.
