Good afternoon. I've encountered a problem: I killed the boss in the lair on Act 7, but the game wouldn't let me teleport home using a scroll or teleportation. Rebooting didn't help, and now I'm getting an error: Unauthorized shutdown. Error: Unable to enter the area. I can't access my character in the new league, and I need your help to resolve this issue. My character is a waiter.
