Waiting already 2 days for disenchanting and shipement to come back.

What is happening in Kingsmarch? Yesterday I sent a shipment with around 50k ressource to Te Onui and the game is telling me 2:26:00 so around 2 hours and a half for this route and also put some level 50-60 rares in the disenchanting tab and today after many hours of play the ship is not back and the disenchanting is in the same state as I left it. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?
