Always attack without moving broken/Build ruined (Fixed)

Halfway through a map my Lancing steel just stopped working whenever I was moving, it got me killed and bricked my blight, I checked settings and the toggle button nothing as far as I could tell has changed, I can no longer use my ability and cannot play the game, I don't know how to fix this..

Turns out this league broke my mouse instead
