For the love of god can someone PLEASE fix the patch log in issue for M1 Macs

I keep trying everyday since the update and no matter what workaround or solution I try I still can't log in. Uninstall and installed multiple times, did it with Steam and from the website, NOTHING. Changing multiple servers, NOTHING. Spam enter login, NOTHING. Have tried every "solution" i've found on the internet and NOTHING.
