Unable to progress Eagon questline

There are a few other reports of this same issue, but since I don't see it mentioned anywhere in the "Known Issues / FAQ" post I am doing my own post.

The issue I am having is that I see the Eagon maps from his questline in my atlas:



But when I go talk to him there is no option to open those maps, I have done A LOT of T16, T17 and even the new "T16.5" maps, but the option never showed up:




Here's what I think caused the issue:
- Started in trade league and completed the first boss fight from Eagon's questline.
- Created a SSF character, played it until red maps and triggered Eagon but didn't progress his quest.
- Migrated the SSF character to trade league, now I can't progress the questline anymore.

These are just from a quick search on the bug reports, but it's still not even mentioned in the "High Priority Known Issues (PC)" thread.

yeah good luck I posted about it aswell and also messaged support as it was a paid feature that fucked me over (a private league) and they said they won’t do anything about it and suggested posting here. the issue isn’t even being looked at so we’ll just have to accept not dealing with the main new mechanic most likely.

Yes, I have accepted that I won't be able to interact with the expansion, I also am unable to sustain T16.5 maps to farm them since I didn't complete Eagon's questline.

This is ridiculous, not even an acknowledgment of this or a warning so others don't run into the same issue.
