How to make Gravicius spawn in 3.26?

How do you make Gravicius spawn in 3.26 after the Betrayal changes? I mean, I've been doing Betrayal for the past two days. I've done tens of safehouses. I've killed Catarina almost ten times. During this time I've leveled from 94 to almost 97 with some deaths here and there. I did spawn It That Fled early on but I'm not sure what I did. Didn't really think this would be a problem since it's never been in the past. Gravicius just won't spawn tho!

Defeating Catarina no longer shuffles the board (which included shuffling who was in and out of the syndicate), so you can't get him on by just doing the boss fight now.

Otherwise, it's the same way as before: remove people from the Syndicate until he joins. You'll sometimes get it as a bargain option when two people are left and they have a trust or hate relationship, or on the final member of an encounter.

I just dumped Tora and got Gravicius on the next Betrayal popup, like 2 maps later.

I spent another day kicking people out and just now I finally got him. It's good to know that getting Gravicius might be a three day grind in the future.
