Consistent intermittent crash unbound avatar runegraft of time

Runegraft of time's 20% chance for skills to not consume a cooldown on use is interacting with unbound avatar because unbound avatar has a 0.50s cooldown. The interaction causes the skill to be usable without consuming all 100 stacks, enabling an extra reuse as intended.

because unbound avatar cannot be used without 100 stacks of unbound fury, the game sometimes desyncs with the servers intermittently, when this happens, the game crashes.

It is nearly impossible for me to run a 5way legion without crashing because of this.

PS, 5ways only give about 3k gold...wtf it should give closer to 80k for the number of mobs i kill in there
