Skin of the Loyal/Lords unable to equip on non-int mercs

As stated in the title, skin of the lords/loyal cannot be equipped on a merc unless they are int or hybrid int characters. Dex, strength, dex/strength mercs cannot equip the item, as it becomes greyed out.

The item has 0 requirements, so I believe this is bugged. For some reason the chest piece is coded as an int item (Tabula as well, although you would probably not care about that lol).

This really sucks because there are keystones I want to play around with (Such as avatar of fire) but I can't afford an amulet slot, etc.

My kineticist can wear it fine, as well as any int merc, so my nice setup is skewed to only these kind of mercs, which saddens me.

I fully support this. let them wear simple robes! i have shenanigans to get up to!
